Reassurance - a support system

We all need reassurance in our lives.  Like you, I am the owner of a small business and I have been known on occasions to talk (aloud) myself through a difficult transaction or tax questions.  Or use a team member as a sounding board even if they will have no idea what I am saying.  All I need is a bit of reassurance that I make sense.

In many areas of my business I am not an expert so I seek reassurance from others in areas where I am not confident. IT experts, marketing gurus, Admin wizards, Systems legends all provide me with the support that allows me to get on with growing my business and do the work I love and am confident in.

Many of my clients don’t like dealing with numbers - I love it!! There is nothing better than the bank reconciliation matching to the cent! And reviewing an actual budget report satisfies the detective in me as I find out why one expense is higher or lower than budget

My love of numbers means I can provide reassurance and support to my clients and I get to thank the team behind me for the support they provide that allows me the time to look after my clients.
